With over 23 years of experience, Mahmud is a seasoned expert in musculoskeletal (MSK) medicine and soft tissue/intra-articular injection therapies. His practice focuses on pain management and incorporates specialized techniques like Dry Needling, a form of western medical acupuncture designed to relieve pain and improve function.

Mahmud has pursued extensive professional training to refine his skills. His qualifications include a Joint Injections certification from National University of Ireland (2017), a Diploma in Orthopaedic & Rheumatological Medicine from Irish Society of Orthopaedic & Rheumatological Medicine (2017) and Advanced Dry Needling training (2018). He has successfully completed the Independent Prescribing qualification at the University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI).

He is currently working as a Specialist MSK Practitioner in the Northamptonshire area within NHS settings.
